WHAT KIND OF TREE OR SEASON IS FROM YOUR OWN HEART TODAY

WHAT KIND OF TREE DO YOU SEE FROM YOUR OWN HEART
(Read below picture)
A TREE OF ALL SEASONS
A HEART OF ALL SEASONS

ALL THE TREES OF THE FIELDS WILL CLAP THEIR HANDS

God determines when a season begins and ends. Scripture says, “Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. 21 He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them…” (Dan 2:20-21 NIV)

Jesus seemed very aware of God controlling the times. He said in John 2:4, “…My time has not yet come.” Later in John 17:1, he prayed confidently, “…Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you.”

It is helpful to remember that there is a purpose in every season.

  • Paul waited for months before God opened the door for ministry.
  • Elisha followed Elijah for years hoping to get what Elijah had.
  • Joseph spent years in prison before being promoted to the palace.
I try to remind myself that I can’t skip a season and every season is important.

If you seem stuck in a non-ending season, find comfort in these verses:

This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place… Habakkuk 2:3

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Gal 6:9

Jane's (janestree) own pictures from her own camera

There once was a man whom had four sons.

He wanted his sons to learn not to JUDGE THINGS too quickly.

He sent them each on a question, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter months, the second son went in the spring months, the third went into the summer months, and the youngest son went in the fall months
When they had all gone and saw this one this one tree up close and reported what they saw, this was there findings of what they saw from this same tree.

The first son, whom went to see this tree in the winter months said "the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted, and looked dead"...

The second son whom saw the same tree only in the spring said "No, it was covered with green buds, and it was full of promise and new life".

The third son whom went in the summer; he said 'It was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing I have ever seen."

The last son, whom was the youngest, he went in the fall season, he said "It was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.

"The man then explained to his four sons that they were ALL RIGHT, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life.

He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up.

If you give up when it is winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, the fulfillment of your fall".

In the winter a tree can look as though there is NOTHING and NO LIFE - but deep inside this tree is FULL OF LIFE as CHANGE is happening in the secret places of the HEART that no one else can see.

Do not JUDGE by what your eyes see... for GOD KNOWS THE HEART of what is going on deep inside HIS TREE OF LIFE....

(Many of the pictures I have shared with this writing - I actually took myself.  I love taking pictures of trees in all seasons.  I also am known of taking pictures of barns - many barns - some barns falling within, some barns that are new, and many shapes of different various barns...  - something I enjoy and then creating a story behind the picture where a picture is worth a 1000 words)
